Random moments of fun from our week...

We're loving our daily Advent traditions!  The kids learn an attribute/name of Jesus each day and add that "light" sticker to the tree.  We've had this since I was a kid and I love passing it on!

Our other advent is a MOPS craft from a few years ago, made from a muffin tin (my friend Monica has creativity coming out her ears and she can make anything out of anything, and even teach all of us to make it, too).  Anyway each day the kids look under the magnet number and find a slip with the next verse from Luke 2.  We are building the Christmas story and talking about it line-by-line... just hearing them read these aloud is a wonderful way to start my December mornings.
