The kids love our traditional "lights drive", and starting last year we've included a few stops at homes where they set up model trains all over their backyards -- the kids could watch them go for hours!
One of their favorite lights displays is at Val Vista Lakes, it is really a beautiful area to walk through, with the garden paths all lit up and a view of the lake -
And this year we were surprised to see who was in the gazebo - we had no idea this was part of it (must have come at the wrong time in past years!) There was a short line so we took the chance for a family pic and some chat-time with the big guy.....
