This & that from the past few weeks

Here's some randon fun memories to catch up on....

My "playgroup" (from when Emma was about 6 months old til she was about 4 & Aidan 2) was a wonderful group... we got each other through all the trials of sleepless nights, diapers, toddler tantrums, and all the joys in between.  This group shared countless park days, zoo trips, & hours spent chasing crawlers all over each other's houses. We delivered meals, swapped baby gear, and kept each other laughing.  We also cried & prayed each other through miscarriages, developmental delays, and overwhelmed-mommy-moments.... these gals were a lifesaver. 
But once preschool and kindergarten life set in, we haven't all seen each other nearly as much, some not at all..... so a reunion was in order!  Here we are (well, 8 of us at least) and the huge crew we have become since we started!!  This was a blast - we must have said "look how big your kids are!!" all night!  And now that we are all approaching the 10-year mark into parenthood, one huge blessing to note - every marriage has made it :).

Cousin time at Grandma Carmen's....

And this one was right here in Mesa.... our church did a fun festival and they brought in tons of SNOW for the kids to play in - they had a blast!  This was a great evening with games, picnic & fireworks - fun time with friends but not a lot of time for pictures :(.
