Refugee Ministry

Backing up to August here..... another great round of apartment set-up with the Refugee team. Now that we have a storage unit and are able to take in donations more often, we have been able to help more families than any year in the past.  In Aug., the generous man who had been funding the storage unit passed way but his son has set aside funds to cover the unit rental for 18 more months, and a friend of his plans to take it from there - the Lord provides!
This round we had a ton of helpers come including 7 kids, who made a Welcome poster for the new family while we were prepping the apartment -

The team hard at work...

Here's the family arriving at the airport (the couple in the middle wearing white shoes, and their baby - the rest are our resettling team & social workers) -

We love being a part of what God is doing to reach the nations right here in AZ!
