Mr. Kopke!

This one's for Mom & Dad & Kel.... guess who Chris saw at the Saguaro v. Washington High football game??? How cool is this!! He was watching Saguaro completely demolish the WHS team when he recognized the Mr. Kopke "shuffle" running up & down the other side of the field.... sure enough, he's still there (at age 76) keeping stats for the team.  He & Chris had a great time catching up. He's retired but still takes on long-term sub jobs. He remembered our family and Jason Romero too and of course was proud to hear about Chris still teaching math & leading his department at SHS. :) So sad I missed this game due to Emma going to a friend's b-day party, otherwise I would have loved to see him!

Chris with his most inspirational math teacher :)
