Nope, it isn't gold.... but some of it's pyrite, which is still pretty cool! We went to a "rock & gem" show which the kids loved -- booth after booth of all sorts of rocks, gemstones, crystals, fossils... amazement at every turn, for my two! The folks were so sweet and gave the kids plenty of freebies for their (growing) collections....
