The Best Christmas Pageant Ever

.... well, the best one ever held in our house so far, at least! We were talking about Christmas pageants and how our church is a little too big to have the kids put one on, and I said "you could always just do your own," and Emma & Aidan took off RUNNING with that idea!  They were so excited to get all the neighbor kids involved and do our own pageant..... Emma wrote a script, they gathered costumes & props, made invitations & everything. They were SO excited when the day finally came and most of the kids on our street came over to be in it.  We only planned a 1-hour rehearsal before the parents showed up to watch, and these kids pulled it off great!  Everyone remembered their lines and we even had 4 musical numbers included throughout the show. They all had a blast together -- and what a blessing to celebrate the true story of Christmas with these families :).
