School's wrapping up....

 Lots going on at school this month as both kids wrap up the year -- Aidan's class had a Mother's Tea with a cute performance for Mother's day (even though he was feeling shy and kinda just stood there during the hand-motion songs.... there's always one who does that, so this was our turn I guess. Oh well, he looked cute up there anyway!) This week his class had water day and a Bounce-U field trip (no pics of those though).  He's officially done for the year and ready to be a Kindergartener!!

At Highland, the first graders did a reader's theater for the parents (Emma was part of a group reciting a Dr. Suess book - very cute!) and then today she got her award for being an awesome reader all year!  They make a big deal out of the quarterly "AR" Reading assemblies like they do for math... lots of cheering today!

And Daisy Scouts ended last night too so the girls officially "bridged up" to Brownies! She had a great troop this year...
