Pumpkins for my little Pumpkins....

Our weekend was full of pumpkin-carving fun - here's some pics of Chris' brother's Halloween party first:

Sloppy, Miranda, Jaycob, Alexis & Joseph - my niece & nephews are growing up fast!
Grandma Carmen getting in on the fun...

Pumpkin craziness.... lots of friends & family carving all together = one giant mess, but all kinds of fun :).

I'm sure you have no idea who this could be...

Emma likes really happy pumpkins - the "rosy cheeks" were all her idea.

A few of the first ones done.... not bad!
And later that weekend Mom & Dad came over for more carving time - Papa & Emma are back at it ready to take on her school's pumpkin contest again this year!  They worked long & hard together to get the design just right and the carving is awesome, so we'll see how the contest goes later this week :).

Daddy's stuck doing most of the messy part this time - guess they'd had enough goop for one weekend.  But Granna & Emma did a nice job cleaning the seeds which were pretty tasty when we toasted them the next day, so they get extra points :).

Coming right along...

Love it!

The "Highland" part glows really neat since it's only carved part-way through - hard to see in the next picture but it's pretty cool looking!

Happy Halloween!
